How do I gain access to the Community Center and Exercise Room?
Our Community Center and exercise room have secured entrances to protect our residents. As a result, you will need your key faub. If you do not have a key faub, or if the one you have does not work, please contact the Hager's Crossing Community Manager. Also, note that there is a cost to replace any lost or misplaced key faubs.

Questions Regarding HOA Assessments
How much are the HOA Assessments?
For the 2011 fiscal year, the monthly HOA Assessments are $44.26 for Single-Family units and $54.01 for Townhouse units.
What is the purpose of the HOA Assessments?
The Hager's Crossing HOA assessments are used to fund operating costs of the HOA as well as Capital Replacements. The operating costs include the cost of maintaining our common areas and amenities. Such costs include, and are not limited to, landscaping, cleaning of community center, utilities, pools, and the services of the Community Management Company. Please note that the assessments do not pay for picking up trash in private property. So, please help your community by not littering, putting out your garbage on scheduled garbage pick-up days, and taking the time to pick up litter in your area. Also, plan to participate in our Annual Spring and Fall Spruce Up events.
Capital Reserves are used to replace major items such as the roof of the clubhouse, the asphalts in the clubhouse and townhouse areas, the tennis courts, the pools, etc.
When are HOA Assessments Due?
Hager's Crossing HOA assessments must be paid by the 1st of each month. Thirty [30] from that date, assessments are considered late and are subject to a late fee of $15 or 10% of the total amount of the delinquent assessment or installment, whichever is greater.
Coupon books with your name, address, amd account number, are mailed by December of each year for the following year. For example, Coupon Books for 2011 were mailed in prior to December 2010.

Tuesday before 11 a.m.
Thursday after 7 p.m.
Friday before 11 a.m.
Where possible, we encourage each home to use a trash bin and put your unit number on the outside of the bin. At a minimum, please use plastic garbage bags with no leaks.
