This website is maintained by Hager's Crossing Homeowners Association [HCHOA] and is designed to be a communication medium as well as an information resource for our residents. The information and resources in the Residents section are password protected, so be sure to register if you are a Hager's Crossing resident and or landlord so you may gain access.  Check this website periodically for updated information and new content. Please contact us with your suggestions, questions, and general correspondence. Refer to the Common Questions link to the left  for answers to frequently asked questions [FAQs] regarding various aspects of the HCHOA.
 
Community Center (Clubhouse) 
 
Until further notice all key fob access to the rear doors of the Community Center (Clubhouse) will be restricted.  All residents and their guests are being asked to refrain from entering or exciting the rear and side doors of the Community Center (Clubhouse).
Only the front doors should be utilized to enter and/or exit the Community Center (Clubhouse) during this time.

POOL ACCESS PROCEDURE
**Our Badge system is currently Down)
  • You must have a Key Card to access the pool or any of Hager's Crossing Amenities. 
  • You DO NOT need to get a new Key Card unless it's lost or damaged. 
  • You DO need to fill out a Pool Access Application EVERY YEAR. 
    If you have not done so yet, please fill one out here.  
  • An ADULT in the household MUST hand their badge to a guard in the shack to unlock pool gate. No residents badge will work on the scanner that is located ON the gate.
  •  Residents WILL be denied access to the pool if this form has not been filled out for your household.

BookMobile Coming to Hager's Crossing

The Bookmobile will be available for 30 minutes every 4th Friday of the month each visit from 11 to 11:30. The Bookmobile will be parked in the front parking area of the community center. The exceptions would be Holidays, snow emergencies, or Bookmobile repairs (subject to change without notice).

New HOA Members and HOA Access Badge

The HCHOA Board extends a special welcome to new HOA members who are joining during the year as a result of purchasing a new or existing home in the Hager's Crossing Community.  We look forward to getting to know you. 
 
Please note that access to the Community Center -- one of our several amenities -- is available to only those individuals with an HOA badge.  To obtain your HOA badge, please contact our Community Management, at PMP and make arrangements to obtain your key.  James may be reached telephonically at  301-694-6900 x 1033, or electronically at james.appel@pmpbiz.com. Renters must contact their owner to obtain an Owner's Delegation form.  Please send information to Stacey Crouch-law at

Volunteers Needed -- Help!

Our HOA is currently in need of residents to volunteer for service on the following committees:
  • Facilities [4 volunteers needed]
  • Grounds  [5 volunteers needed]
  • Security  [5 volunteer needed]
  • Social      [5 volunteers needed]
In addition, there will be openings on the Board of Directors each year.  Please watch your mailbox for specifics on such openings.
