New HOA Members and Key Faubs

The HCHOA Board extends a special welcome to new HOA members who are joining during the year as a result of purchasing a new or existing home in the Hager's Crossing Community. We look forward to getting to know you.
Please note that access to the Clubhouse -- one of our several amenities -- is available to only those individuals with a key faub. To obtain your key faub, please contact our Community Manager, Elizabeth Betancourt at PMP and make arrangements to obtain your key. She may be reached telephonically at 301-694-6900 x 1024, or electronically at elizabeth.b@pmpbiz.com.

Volunteers Needed

Our HOA is currently in need of residents to volunteer for service on the following committees:
- Facilities [3 volunteers needed]
- Security [1 volunteer needed]
- Social [2 volunteers needed]
In addition, there will be openings on the Board of Directors each year. Please watch your mailbox for specifics on such openings.
Please visit the Committees section of this website for details regarding each committee, then go to the Forms section to complete and submit the Committee Form. Alternatively, you may simply contact us with your information.
Association Dues....Due

Association Dues...Due
Remember that your Association Dues [$44.26 per month for single-family units and $54.01 per month for townhouse units] are due at the beginning of each month. This means that your dues for March 2010 are due on March 1, 2010 . Any assessment not paid within 30 days after the due date shall bear interest from the due date at the rate of 18% p.a., and shall be subject to a late charge of $15 or 10% of the assessment, whichever is greater.
If you are delinquent with prior months payment, please contact PMP [301-694-6900 x1010 -- ask for Anne] to make an arrangement to bring your account current. If you have been provided with a notice by the HOA attorney, then you would need to contact the law firm as instructed in your letter.
